Have you ever felt drained after a long day, but, there is a kid waiting for you with boundless energy?
What would you do in such a situation and many others which we encounter daily? I am going to share a few quick hacks, without any side-effects, which can get you up and going super fast.
Water Wash
The first and super effective hack which does not require anything, is to just wash your hands below the elbow, legs below the knee and your face. Splashing water on these areas can change your zone super quick. It’s called the water wash
Fire Wash
Next one is my favourite and gets you going in a flash. Take small candle or a lamp, light it and place it at a height parallel to your chest. Sit in front of it for two minutes with your eyes closed and palms facing upwards. It’s called the fire wash.
Fire wash works even better if you precede the fire wash with the water wash.
Air Wash
The last one is something you can do multiple times during the day, just sit in a well ventilated location (preferably outdoors) and head slightly looking upwards. Take 10 deep long breaths, with the inhalation for 10 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for around 7 seconds as well.
And always remember, the small acts you do daily is working towards building a better you. Keep going, keep growing.
